Information

Order
1. Browse our merchandise gallery and take note of the product codes of the products you would like to purchase.

2.  Shop for the items and indicate the product codes via email to uniqueloft45@gmail.com.

3.  You will receive an order confirmation note together with the delivery lead time via email within 2 working days.

4.  Once your order is confirm, please make payment via interbank transfer( Singapore Only) within 2 working days. Goods on confirmation will be cancelled if payment is not received within stipulated time frame as above.


Delivery
1.For in-stock items, delivery will be within 3 working days upon receipt of payment while for pre-order items, it will take approximately 10 - 18 working days depending on the destination and its local postal custom clearence.
2.Delivery will be handled by Singapore Post via normal post. We will not be responsible for any lost mail through Normal Post. Registered post is highly recommended. Additional $2.50 will be imposed.
3.Price indicated does not include shipping or postagel fee unless otherwise indicated. You will be advised on the shipping or postal fee when you receive your Order Confirmation.
 
Exchange and Returns
While we make every effort to check through the quality of all our merchandise against visible defects, it is sometimes inevitable that certain items might have slight dirt /stains that are inherited from the supplier.  Exchange and returns are only applicable for merchandise that have obvious cosmetic/physical defects.

For local purchase in Singapore, we accept interbank transfer .
